The location of the meetings are on a monthly rotating schedule at each of the member’s homes or in the church hall. Each evening includes a scripture reading, a short devotional followed by the meeting and fellowship.

We do caterings in our hall or perhaps you'd like us to come to you. For more information call 902-852-4580 and leave your message for ACW President Dawn. We serve delicious meals, noted throughout the diocese. The Prospect Road Annual Craft Crawl is always great success in October as we fed many craft crawlers as well as the Emergency Workers.

St. Timothy's Church hall can be rented for certain types of functions. For more information call Dawn Purcell at 902-852-3046.

St. Timothy's ACW extends a warm welcome...come visit, sit in on a meeting. Check us out with no obligation whatsoever. We'd love to have you. You will enjoy an evening of fellowship and return home with a smile. It's a great way to make new friends!

If you’d like more information on St. Timothy’s ACW contact the Rectory at 852-4580
, and leave a message for our ACW President, Dawn.

Work Complete! Stained Glass Window Repairs at St Paul's

Several of St. Paul’s stained glass windows were in need of repair as they were bowing out. Professionals from Sattlers Stained Glass Studio, Mahone Bay, have restored and repaired them and they’re now back in place and looking stunning! Thanks to Bob Slaunwhite and Barry Jollimore for overseeing this project, and for doing painting and cleaning. The total cost of this project is $3,311. Donations may be made to St. Paul’s Building Fund to help support this work. There will be no special memorial dedications as this is repair work not a replacement.

On April 22, professionals from Sattlers Stained Glass Studio, Mahone Bay, removed the windows for restoration. Judi Eld was on-site when the specialists removed the windows. The following pictures and comments are courtesy of Judy. Thanks Judy!

The windows above the communion table were not too damaged, but you will see in later pics the ones on the wall by the organ what damage was done.  The lady holding the window in some of the pics is Helga Sattler, the owner of Sattlers Stained Glass Studio.  There is a gentleman assisting her who is also very nice. They really know what they are doing!

The window furthest from the organ on that wall was really in bad shape.  The stained glass had actually come free from the top of the frame on the inside (right hand side, top) and in one spot the glass was coming apart from the lead filler.  Also the outside plexiglas had come free from the window and was open through to the outside (we don't know how long it may have been like that).  They had to be especially careful removing this one.

You can see just how bowed the damaged window was when you see how it is resting up against the others in the pic of it on the floor. It is so terribly bowed it doesn't rest flush with the rest of the windows.  In the other pic, the plexiglas has a huge visible gap down the side where it was coming free from the window.  We might have had a real disaster if everything had come loose, especially with all the great wind and stormy weather we withstand up on the church hill.
